1982 Kawasaki Z1000 A4 Mk. 2
Built to customers Japanese street special specification.
The engine has been fully rebuilt with Wiseco pistons, upgraded cam chain tensioner, specially imported 4 into 1 exhaust system, and later “slingshot” type carbs with pod filters. Electrics: Fully adjustable “SP2” ignition system along with an upgraded regulator/rectifier and fuse box to bring the electrics into the 21st century. Chassis: AP Lockheed racing callipers and Nissin master cylinder to improve the front brakes, Kayaba rear shock absorbers and fork modifications improve the handling. Paintwork: Original graphics onto a non standard metallic deep blue base. The rest of the parts on the bike have been either re-chromed, zinc plated or painted to give the end result - this head turner!
